Browsing and searching for jobs

You can search and browse published job listings on UMSEBENZISA without creating an account and without providing any personal information.

Applying for a job and redirects to other websites

When you click "Apply Now," we do not collect or store your application. You are taken directly to the employer's own website, or your email application is opened via your device's email app addressed to the employer. UMSEBENZISA is not involved in that application beyond the initial link, and once you leave our site, the employer's own privacy practices apply to any information you provide them.

Advertising and cookies

UMSEBENZISA may display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These networks may set cookies and use similar technologies on your device to personalize the ads shown to you, based on your visits to this and other websites. We do not control the data these networks collect. The R50 ATS CV service

If you request an ATS CV, we collect and store:

  • Your full name, email address, and WhatsApp number
  • Your uploaded CV file
  • Your uploaded proof of payment
  • The completed CV our team prepares for you

This information is used solely to verify your payment, prepare your tailored CV, and deliver it to you by your chosen method (WhatsApp or email). Uploaded files are stored in private storage that only authorized UMSEBENZISA administrators can access. They are never publicly accessible or searchable.

Who can see your information

Only authorized UMSEBENZISA administrators can view CV order details and files. This access is enforced at the database level, not only in our website's design.

Data retention

We retain CV order records and files for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service and resolve any related queries. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Changes to this policy
